Ever imagined what life would be like if humans were apes in modern life? That is the portrayal in this deeply thought provoking mind boggle. Aaaaaaaah! is a comedy-horror about a South London family whose precarious balance is threatened by some out-of-towners; Oram’s script was written in English but is delivered entirely in apelike grunts and shrieks. Intriguing, very funny and sometimes terrifying, with a very game cast investing the bizarre setup with energy and conviction. (Monster Pictures)

A merciless look at the basic principles of interpersonal relationships and, at the same time, an unprecedented view of an author’s willingness to sacrifice anything for his own vision – for example, to have his own flat demolished, soiled and pissed upon. ()
