Through the characters of two young people, this motion picture explores one fascinating yet terrifying part of human life: unpredictability. Amir and Sara, a young couple from Tehran, have decided to go to Melbourne, Australia, for three years to complete their studies and, if circumstances allow, to stay in the country forever. But a few hours before embarking on the journey of their lives, they become unintentionally involved in a tragic event. The plot unfolds almost completely in real time and exclusively inside the home of the protagonists. Melbourne is intimate and frightening, and yet only so because of the deep human questions it asks. It is perfect for those who recognize that most of life, even in moments of drama, is lived in shades of grey, not black and white. (IFF Bratislava)
