Peter O'Toole (Lawrence of Arabia) stars as megalomaniacal director Eli Cross, in charge of a big budget action movie where the emphasis is on the action! Enter young fugitive and neophyte stunt man, Cameron (Steve Railsback) who is given the job of a lifetime if only he can survive the first day of filming. In exchange for keeping him hidden away from the authorities, Cameron agrees to replace Cross's deceased stunt man and undertake some of the most insanely staged, death-defying stunts in the history of cinema - all for the benefit of his director's single-minded vision.
