"Separate Tables" touchingly and humorously examines the lives of the lonely-hearted guests at a hotel on England's south coast. Sibyl, a demure spinster on holiday with her mother, is attracted to a man who claims to be a war hero, but who's hiding his insecurities behind bravado.
