Twelve-year-old Marie, a promising violinist suffers from a degenerative eye disease. Her parents, who are aware of her condition, are anxious for her future. As they sense that her state has deteriorated – even though Marie hasn't mentioned it to them – they decide to enroll her in an institute for the blind. Marie, however, intends to compete for a spot in a prestigious music school and decides to hide her condition to be able to avoid joining the institute. In order to achieve her goal, she convinces Victor, a classmate, to help her. Fairly quickly, Victor ends up as her eyes. (Dubai International Film Festival)
