A recently paroled man (Paul Walker) unwittingly picks up the wrong rental vehicle, having just got off a long haul flight. He soon realises that he is the target of an entire police force that will use any means necessary to stop him, and the tied-up female “passenger” he discovers in the trunk, from getting to the courthouse to testify against top-to-bottom corruption. I quite like these one-man show films where the responsibility lies on one actor, and the other actors just play supporting characters. Paul Walker handled it with grace, even though it's simply a variation of The Fast and the Furious in the sense that the guy knew how to drive well. The script isn't anything great, but the movie rolls along and keeps you curious about how it will turn out.
