English The premise definitely had potential, which is what drew me to the film in the first place. But the problem is that, for a movie like this, you expect it to hit you with emotions—and this one just didn't. I couldn’t connect with the characters, and there was no real atmosphere or compelling story to keep me engaged. It felt like one long, depressing slog from start to finish with nothing to really break it up. I’ll admit, I was tempted to turn it off halfway through because after an hour, it's hard to expect anything exciting in the final stretch. I stuck it out, hoping for a strong finish, but even the ending fell flat. In the end, a promising premise was completely let down by an emotionless execution. ()
