Plots(1)

Naughty children beware! Just when you need her the most but want her the least, Nanny McPhee returns to work her magic in the sequel to the 2005 hit film. In Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang Emma Thompson is transformed once more into the mysterious nanny. This time, she finds herself at the door of a family farm where mayhem has broken out between some boisterous country children and their spoiled city cousins. Relying on everything from a flying motorcycle and a statue that comes alive to a tree-climbing piglet and a baby elephant that turns up in the oddest places, Nanny McPhee conjures up just the right formula to teach her charges five new lessons. English Magical nanny McPhee I have already seen once, so I first thought that this movie is the original one, which I had already seen and liked. After a while, however, I realized that this will be a little bit different and partly after watching this movie, I understand the final rating. The first movie was not only for kids, but also for adults. The story was not stupid at all. This second part, however, is mainly for children, because there are a whole bunch of scenes where I was really amazed at what the authors came up with. The scene with the piglets is just one of many examples. Anyway, I can't say that I didn't like it. On the contrary, it was really nice, pleasant...and also with a whole bunch of actors who didn't really act, but rather goofed around. ()

English It's a terrible shame that it basically repeats what was presented in the first film. The story is actually the same; it's just a slightly different family, but that doesn't make it a second part of the film, just a copy. It's all the more sad because there are some interesting actors here. Unfortunately, even in this case, the fact remains that a repeated joke isn't really a joke. ()

English Surprisingly, not knowing the previous film with Nanny McPhee is not a particular retardant or redundancy in the audience's cooperation in forming active hypotheses about the true nature. And Maggie Gyllenhaal! And the pseudo-war stylization! ()
