Inspired by the real-life serial killer, B.T.K. is the gruesome story of Dennis L. Rader, a murderer who systematically tortured and killed his victims for over two decades while evading the police for over 30 years. Living a seemingly normal life as a husband, father, security officer and church president, Rader's unquenchable thirst for blood ultimately lead him to commit the most horrific crimes imaginable. Shocking and full of suspense, B.T.K. is a grisly journey into the nightmarish world of a deranged serial killer. (Eagle Entertainment)

It's not a bad idea, although the "bind, torture and kill" that the acronym stands for is a bit misleading after all, as this is not as gritty a film as the title might promise. It is pretty decent as a glimpse into a sick mind, so I was able to tolerate the film, but it is also quite illogical in places and doesn't work as well as it probably should. Kane Hodder acts a little too weirdly for a guy the community is supposed to idolize. ()
