In 1930's China, the town of Foshan is the legendary hub of Kung Fu martial arts. Ip Man is an accomplished grandmaster of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Challenge after brutal challenge sees the town realise that Ip Man's martial art is unstoppable. After the Japanese invasion, Ip Man rises up to challenge General Miura and the Japanese Army.
