The people of London fear for their lives after reading about the many peculiar murders happening in the city. Crime journalist Edmond Bancroft, is the man responsible for writing these stories on the crime. Everyone in London, including Scotland Yard, is baffled by the seemingly unsolvable murders; but not Edmond Bancroft. This is because, he seized the opportunity to come up with an attention-grabbing article by making up these horrible acts of murder himself. He collaborates with his assistant, Rick and together the two men manage a "black museum" where all the acts of "murder" derive from. (official distributor synopsis)
